Smart. Curious. Yours.

Deep HCM and Financial Management expertise, from practitioners who've led 80+ implementations across some of the most complex environments in the ecosystem.

Leana brings 9+ years of Workday experience and 30+ implementations to her work, spanning Human Capital Management, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance from end to end.
She has served as a Principal Consultant and Product Lead at premier Workday Services Partners, leading complex engagements across some of the more demanding industries in the ecosystem: global retail, healthcare, education, financial services, oil and gas, and even professional sports.
Her depth on the HCM side is genuine. Leana has architected solutions for global organizations navigating multi-country compliance, M&A activity, union requirements, and high-volume cyclical hiring. These are the scenarios where the difference between a thoughtful design and a hasty one shows up immediately in production.
She holds both the PHR and SHRM-CP designations, which means she understands the HR side of the house, not just the system that supports it.
Before moving fully into consulting, Leana served as a Workday HRIS Analyst managing HCM, Recruiting, and Talent across an international workforce of 7,000+ employees. That client-side experience gives her an instinct most consultants lack. She knows what it actually feels like to own the system after the implementation team leaves.
Loyal, curious, and relentless about getting the details right. She fits right in around here.

Luke brings 8+ years of Workday experience and 50+ implementations to every engagement, along with the kind of real-world finance background that most Workday consultants simply don't have.
Before specializing in Workday, he spent over 15 years in the trenches as a Controller, Accountant, and Auditor across healthcare, retail, architecture, and financial services. He knows what the numbers actually mean, not just where they go in the system.
On the Workday side, Luke has led Financial Management workstreams at the architect level across a wide range of industries and engagement types, including full suite implementations, optimizations, post-production support, tenant audits, and M&A work. His depth spans FDM strategy, Financial Accounting, Assets, Expenses, Allocations, Consolidations, and Reporting. He has also served as a VP & Director of Delivery, which means he understands how implementations succeed or fall apart from the inside.
He holds a CPA license in Texas and is a Certified Internal Auditor. These are credentials that tend to matter quite a bit when your Workday consultant is configuring your chart of accounts.
Like any good poodle, he'll retrieve exactly what you need, and he won't stop until the job is done.
